Collect in your area
Action for M.E. have collection tins available for anyone wishing to collect for Action for M.E. You can do this in your local street or ask your local shop to hold these for you. You will need a permit if you want to collect in a public place – contact us for more details.
Share your story
Throughout the year we target the press with your stories to highlight the trials and tribulations that M.E. provides. Your stories help the general public to understand M.E. and to heighten the profile of this terrible illness.
Speak up for M.E.
This year we are harnessing the power of video and audio to inform and transform people’s understanding of the illness. If you have video or audio editing experience or contacts with the necessary expertise, speak up!
