There are around 150 M.E. support groups across the UK giving mutual support and understanding. Many meet to exchange ideas and information and to fundraise and campaign to make a difference locally.
If you belong to a support group registered with Action for M.E. you can enter the password protected area for groups containing information to help you with activities and campaigns.
